I have been working with Stephen for about two years and he has helped me to improve both my professional life and home life in many ways. He is not only a great coach, but also a mentor, a friend, and a source of inspiration.

When I first started my sessions with Stephen, I had a lack of confidence in myself. Stephen showed me how to believe in myself and to bring the real me to the workplace which has made such an amazing difference to my working life. Stephen has helped with practical aspects in my management skills such as being able to better delegate my workload, to trust in people and allow myself to let go many day to day tasks that were holding me back. We’ve also focused on transitioning myself from firefighting day to day issues to looking at the bigger picture, planning strategically to produce long term benefits.

Stephen doesn’t just help me with my working life, he helps me with my personal life by being a sounding board for my stress and frustrations, celebrating the highs and supporting me in the lows. He cares about how I am doing as a person, not just in my career, we talk about family, friends and health as well as work.
